tinbox launch-outreach

Launch a cold campaign (review → approved) — the content lock that makes its approved prospects dispatchable. Capability-gated (outreach:send) AND routed through the HARD cold-domain gate: a campaign whose from/reply-to isn't on a VERIFIED cold subdomain is rejected. Actual sends fire on the scheduled tick (throttled + ramped). Irreversible: begins real outreach.

Usage

tinbox launch-outreach --id <id> [--yes] --yes

This is a destructive command. It requires the --yes flag to run non-interactively (or a confirmation prompt otherwise).
