Stop receiving at a disposable mailbox

SurfacesChat agentMCPCLIStop NEW mail from arriving at a disposable address (e.g. once a newsletter or signup starts spamming it) while KEEPING the mail already received and the poll token. You can still poll what's there; future mail to the address is rejected. Use burn_disposable_mailbox instead to also delete everything.
