Park a question for the human operator in their Review queue. Use this when you are UNSURE whether to proceed — an unusual send, a judgment call your instructions don't cover, a risk worth flagging ('About to email 4,000 fresh addresses on a young domain — proceed?'). The question is PARKED, not answered: do not wait for a reply — continue with what you can safely do, and the operator's answer will arrive as context in a later turn or run. Ask one clear question; put supporting detail in `context`. Do not use this for things you can look up with your other tools.
